• Stock shelves
• Keep showroom organized and clean
• Maintain store displays as needed
• Clean pool area as necessary

• Open and Close Pools & Spas

• Arrive at job site at scheduled time and location as dispatched
• Relocate from one job site to another as dispatched during the workday
• Complete service orders accurately and timely
• Communicate with customer courteously and effectively
• Work as a member of the Service Team and along side

Qualifications:

• Previous industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes

• Basic knowledge of service tools and testing devices
• Operate power and hand tools safely

Looking for a fast paced job, helping build some of the most beautiful pools in the area? We’re currently looking for construction workers for a crew that works together to complete a variety of swimming pool construction projects.

Responsible for assistance with the completion of pool projects, including new builds and remodels, in and around West Michigan. Role consists of ensure timely project completion, communicating with Foreman about project tasks, and training for advancement. Must have good communication skills, some knowledge of construction processes, and willingness to learn about the pool building process.

Responsibilities:

• Entry Level labour, push a wheelbarrow, grade material, assemble pool walls, and assist in all pool construction stages.
• Skilled Labour: Skilled tradesman, concrete finishing, carpentry, forming, heavy equipment operator, plumbing, driving truck and trailer.
• Overall assistance with completion of projects
• Manual labor (use of shovels, lifting materials, job site cleanup, demolition, use of power tools, loading/unloading materials, operation of skid steer, digging trenches, etc.)
• Assist with plumbing of pool and equipment
• Picking up materials, tools, and supplies to deliver to job sites
• Organization and management of shop area
• Communicate professionally with clients and subcontractors on job sites
• Ensuring jobsite cleanliness
• Communicate and summarize job progress with supervisor
• Must be punctual in reporting to work
• High school or equivalent education preferred
• Must have driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Knowing how to drive with a trailer is a plus
• Must be open to work daytime hours Monday to Friday and some weekends (Saturdays only)
• Any pool-related experience is a plus
• Any concrete experience is a plus
• Must have physical strength (ability to lift 25-75lbs), endurance and work well with your hands
• Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work independently on assigned tasks but have the ability to ask for help and guidance when needed
